Camp McLanlin
Camp “MAC” – your campsite – owned and managed by members of Peace Arch, Cheam, Delrey, and Fraser-Delta Areas, is located on Sumas Mountain east of Abbotsford. It is a favorite place for all who get the chance to camp there. Camp “MAC” provides two residential sites, and two camping sites with platform tents, and one semi-wilderness site. As members of Peace Arch we all pay an annual assessment fee to maintain and operate the campsite. Willa Uzick, Cheam Area guider, is the booking agent and will help you select a site and date for your unit to go camping, anytime, year round at Camp McLanlin. Just give her a call, before 9:00 p.m., at 604-792-9864 to make arrangements.
Ponder Park
Ponder Park (25199 76th Avenue) is an 80 acre nature reserve in Langley, owned by Langley Township and cared for by Langley Scouting & some Guiding groups. The lease runs from January, 1974 to January, 2024. Anyone can book this camping facility at no charge. A refundable deposit of $20 is required.
